OUR RESERVATIONS POLICY:
A deposit of 30%, or one night –whichever is greater– is required to take a reservation. We recommend making reservations well in advance. You may call, email or fax to authorize a credit card transaction for deposit; please confirm card#, expiration date, name as it appears on card, amount to be charged and the security code on the back of the card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Euro card, American Express and Discover. Your credit card must be valid for your booking dates. The balance due on your reservation may be paid at any time during your stay with us.
OUR CANCELLATIONS POLICY :
If your reservation is cancelled 30 or more days prior to scheduled arrival date, your deposit, minus 30% (of the deposit) for administration charges, will be refunded. Cancellations between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival , 50 % refund. Reservations cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival, and no-shows, incur a 100% cancellation penalty (all room nights charged including tax).
Because we are very strict with our cancellation policy under all circumstances.
CHILD POLICY :
Children under 5 years old stay free, limited to two children for room.
Children 6 to 12 years old stay for US $10 per night plus tax, including breakfast.
